iPhone Problems
The Apple company had used lots of publicity before launching its iphone in the market. This publicity hype raised the expectation of the people and they were eager to own the new device as it was believed to be the best device which would put in their hands all the facilities that latest technology can incorporate in a handset. But after the iphone had reached the hands of the consumer there were many problems in the iphone which affected the high expectations that the people had about the iphone and within a short period the company had to launch the new modified set.
Main iphone Problems
The main problem that the consumer faced with the iphone was the tie up of the Apple company with the AT&T service which demanded that the user of the iphone should sign a contract of two years that he will have to use their service and will not be able to use the services of any other company which obstructed the functionality of many facilities. Another iphone problem was the flash player which could not be ported into the handset and still there is no solution to this problem. The other problem is the price which is too high and cannot be easily afforded by all the people.
The working with the AT&T and the locking system used by this company is another major problem that is faced by the consumers as many of the people like to use the prepaid services of other companies which will not be possible due to the contract and this also affected the discount system as the AT&T company was not in favor of offering any discount on the iphone. The company was also unable to provide extensive service as it had limited services which were the EDGE and the GSM.
The old technology of the company could not match the latest facilities that were incorporated in the iphone and so many of the facilities could not be utilized. Even if the consumer wanted to use another SIM card for the smooth operation of all the facilities he was not able to do so as the battery was fixed by soldiering to the sides of the inner body of the phone and could not be removed. The efficiency of the iphone in the field of wireless transmission was very low due to the architecture which was based on the closed system this was another iphone problem.
